Reservations & Payment
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from the hotel.
- A valid credit/debit card or advance payment may be required to secure a booking.
- Any modifications or cancellations must be made within the specified timeframe to avoid charges.
- No-show guests will be charged the full amount of the booking as per our cancellation policy.
Check-in & Check-out Policy
- Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM, and check-out time: 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
- A government-issued ID or passport must be presented at check-in for verification.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must respect hotel property, staff, and fellow guests. Any damage to property will be charged accordingly.
- Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms. A cleaning fee will be charged if violated.
- Pets are allowed only in designated areas and with prior approval. Additional fees may apply.
- Any illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or violation of hotel policies may result in eviction without refund.
Liability & Disclaimer
- The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes for valuables.
- While we strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment, Four Seasons Hotel is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or unforeseen incidents that may occur on the premises.
